The link in my email says it has expired
Password reset and email confirmation links work only once, and reset links last an hour. Here's how to get a fresh one.
That link has expired means the link is too old. That link doesn't work here means it was already used, or it's from another site. Either way, you can always get a new one.
We couldn't check that link means your connection dropped while the page checked it. The link may still be fine: select Try again.
A password reset link
Reset links work once and last an hour. On the expired page, select Send a new link, type your email address, and use the link in the newest email. See Forgot your password?.
An email confirmation link
Confirmation links work once. If you clicked it before, your email may already be confirmed: open the app and see. If it still shows Verify your email, select Resend email for a new link.
Good to know
A link to a shared file that says This link has expired is something else: ask the person who sent it to share it again. See Open a file someone shared with a link.
