Uninstall the desktop app
Remove the app in Windows Settings, or drag it to the Trash on a Mac. Your planners and files stay safe in your account.
Your planners and files live in your account, not on your computer, so uninstalling the app doesn't delete them. You can keep using them in a web browser or after you reinstall.
Before you do this
If you made changes while offline, open the app with an internet connection first so they finish syncing. Changes that haven't synced yet are only on this computer.
On Windows
- Open Windows Settings and go to Apps.
- Find One Stop Teacher Shop and choose Uninstall.
Uninstalling also removes the update files the app downloaded.
On a Mac
- Quit the app by pressing Cmd + Q.
- Open Applications in Finder and drag One Stop Teacher Shop to the Trash.
Tip
To reinstall, download the app again from the download page.
