Windows warns that the installer is an unrecognized app
Windows can warn about a new installer. Click More info, check the publisher is One Stop Teacher Shop, Inc, then click Run anyway.
When you open One Stop Teacher Shop Setup.exe, Windows may say that Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. The first screen only offers Don't run, so it can look like you're stuck.
- Click More info.
- Check the publisher line. It should name One Stop Teacher Shop, Inc.
- Click Run anyway. The installer carries on as normal.
The installer is signed by One Stop Teacher Shop, Inc. SmartScreen also judges a file by how many people have run it, and each new version starts from zero, so the warning can appear even for a genuine download.
Good to know
Only do this for a file you downloaded from our download page. If the publisher line shows a different name, don't run it.
Good to know
If there's no Run anyway, your computer may be set up to block new apps. Use the planner in your web browser, or ask whoever manages the computer.
