Get more storage
Switch your storage plan from your Profile: Basic has 1 GB, Standard 5 GB and Premium 10 GB, each shown with its price per year.
- Open your Profile.
- In the Storage box, select Get More Storage. If you don't have storage yet, it says Get Storage.
- Manage Subscriptions opens. Under Cloud Storage, choose Basic (1 GB), Standard (5 GB) or Premium (10 GB). Each shows its price per year.
- Select the button under the plans. If you already have a subscription, it says Switch plan for and the new price. If you don't, it says Subscribe for and the price (in the desktop app, Subscribe on the web for), and you finish on the checkout page, which the desktop app opens in your web browser.
More storage is paid for today, for the rest of your year, and starts straight away. A plan with less storage starts at your renewal. See Switch to a plan with more or less storage.
Good to know
If you have the One Stop Teacher Planner, the prices shown include your planner, and the smaller line under each one shows that storage's price on its own. Premium, with 10 GB, is the largest plan.
Tip
You can get there from the Filing Cabinet too: if it says Unlock File Storage, select Choose a storage plan.
