What does “You're offline” mean?
Your device has lost its internet connection. Keep working in your planner: changes save on your device and sync when you reconnect.
You're offline appears at the top of the screen when your device loses its internet connection. It goes away by itself when the connection comes back.
- In a planner, keep working. The app tells you You're offline, but keep working. Changes save on this device and sync when you reconnect. The planner's save status shows Offline.
- When you reconnect, you'll see Back online. Syncing your changes.
- Some things need the internet, such as buying or sharing. They may say You're offline. Reconnect to the internet and try again.
Good to know
Until they sync, your offline changes are stored only on this device, so don't clear your browser's data or uninstall the app while you're offline.
