My browser blocked a pop-up
Printing and some sign-in windows open in a new tab or window. If your browser blocks it, allow pop-ups for the app and try again.
A few things in the app open a new tab or window, and browsers sometimes block them:
- Print opens a print-ready copy of your planner in a new tab. If it's blocked, the app says Allow pop-ups for this site to print.
- Signing in with Google or Apple opens a small window.
- Adding a password to an account that signs in with Google or Apple asks you to confirm in a window. If it's blocked, the app says Your browser blocked the confirmation window. Allow pop-ups for this site, then try again.
- Look for the blocked pop-up icon near the end of your browser's address bar, and choose to always allow pop-ups for this site. If you don't see one, find the pop-up setting in your browser's settings.
- Try again.
Good to know
In the desktop app, printing and PDF downloads open in your web browser, so there's nothing to allow.
