Reload the app
Reloading loads the page fresh and, in a browser, gets you the newest version. Your work is saved as you go, so nothing is lost.
Reloading loads the page again from scratch. It often clears up something that looks stuck, and in a web browser it also gets you the newest version of the app. Your work is saved as you go, so reloading doesn't lose anything.
In a web browser
- On a computer, click the browser's reload button, or press Ctrl + R (Windows) or Cmd + R (Mac).
- On a phone or tablet, tap the browser's reload button.
- If a card says A newer version of One Stop Teacher Shop is available., select Reload now.
In the desktop app
- Press Ctrl + R on Windows or Cmd + R on a Mac, or choose View, then Reload from the menu. On Windows, press Alt to show the menu bar.
- Reloading doesn't update the desktop app. Updates arrive through its own update card.
Tip
If a page says This page didn't load, select Try again first, or Go to my planners.
Good to know
When you open a planner again, it goes back to the page you were on.
