Which browsers work best?
We test the app in Google Chrome. Keep your browser up to date, and allow pop-ups so printing and sign-in windows can open.
The app runs in a web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. We test it in Google Chrome, so on a computer Chrome is the safest choice. On an iPhone or iPad, use Safari, and on Android, use Chrome.
- Keep your browser up to date. An old browser can be missing things the app relies on.
- Allow pop-ups for the app. Print opens a print-ready copy of your planner in a new tab, and signing in with Google or Apple opens a small window. See My browser blocked a pop-up.
- Leaving the tab open is fine. When we update the app, an open tab offers Reload now.
Tip
Rather not use a browser at all? The desktop app for Windows and Mac runs in its own window.
Good to know
If something looks wrong in one browser, try the same page in Chrome, and press F8 to tell us what you saw.
