Make one row bigger or smaller
Give a row a size in Theme Studio: 2 makes a double block, and a smaller number such as 0.5 makes a short row for lunch.
On a Time Block planner, a block with a start and an end is sized by its length: an hour is 1, so a 90 minute block is 1.5. Every other row starts the same size. You can set any row's size yourself, for example to shrink a row for lunch, recess or specials.
- Open your planner, select Theme Studio beside Edit (only the planner's owner can open it), and turn to a weekly page.
- Select the weekly grid and open the Properties tab.
- Open Sizing & Position. Each row is listed by name with a size box on the right (under a heading such as Subject sizes).
- Type a size. Leave it empty for its usual size (the grey number in the box), type 2 for a double length block, or a smaller number such as 0.5 for a short row.
Good to know
A size belongs to its row, so it stays when you switch to another kind of weekly planner.
Good to know
If your subjects run across the top of the grid, the size makes that column wider or narrower instead.
