Put your subjects across the top instead of down the side
Choose Subjects on Top in setup, or On top under Subject placement in Theme Studio, to run the days down the side.
At first the days run across the top of the weekly grid and your subjects run down the left side. You can swap them.
During setup, the Layout step asks this under Subject placement: Subjects on Side or Subjects on Top. On other kinds of planner it uses their word instead, such as Period placement.
Change it later
- Open your planner, select Theme Studio beside Edit (only the planner's owner can open it), and turn to a weekly page.
- Select the weekly grid and open the Properties tab.
- Under Structure, find Subject placement and select On side or On top.
Good to know
Your lessons move with the switch, along with any sticker, picture or note sitting in their cells. Each one stays on its own day and subject, and switching back puts everything where it was.
Good to know
Both placements work with every kind of weekly planner. With subjects on top, rename them in Theme Studio, because double-clicking a name on the planner only works when they run down the side.
