Write lesson plans in the weekly grid
Turn on Edit, then click or tap a cell in the weekly grid and type. Each cell holds its own text.
Each cell of the weekly grid is where a row meets a day. To write in one:
- Open your planner and go to the week.
- Select Edit.
- Click a cell (tap it on a phone or tablet). A text box opens in the cell.
- Type your plan. Click another cell to keep going, or press Esc when you are done.
While you are in a cell, the Text tools change the font, size, color and style. See Change the font, size, color and style of your text.
The Notes box on the weekly pages works the same way: select it in edit mode and type.
Good to know
A cell's text stays inside its cell. You can move or resize it within the cell, but not past its edges. For a note anywhere else on the page, add a text box.
Tip
New text starts in the planner's default font. The owner can change it under Default font in Settings.
