Add a picture to a page
Upload a photo, reuse one from My Images or pick one from your Filing Cabinet, and place it on any page. Then move, resize, crop, flip or duplicate it.
- Select Edit.
- Select Image in the toolbar (on a phone, in the bar at the bottom). Its menu opens.
- In My Images, select Upload and choose a picture from your device, or pick one of your pictures there. Or select Filing Cabinet and pick one of your pictures there.
It appears in the middle of the part of the page you're looking at, already selected, so you can drag it into place and pull a corner to resize it.
Filing Cabinet shows your folders the way Attach does, with only your pictures and the folders that hold them. The picture you pick is copied onto the page, so it stays there even if you later move or delete the original.
My Images keeps the pictures you have added, newest first, in every planner, after the Upload tile. Pick one to put it on the page again. To delete one from My Images, select its trash can, then Delete picture; copies already on your pages keep working. It keeps your 30 newest pictures.
While the picture is selected, the toolbar also offers:
- Crop: trim the edges, then select Done.
- Buttons to flip it horizontally or vertically.
- Image color, which recolors SVG pictures.
- Duplicate and Delete.
Good to know
You can use PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF and SVG pictures, up to 32 MB. Large photos are made smaller automatically as they upload, so they stay quick to load. A GIF or SVG is kept as it is, so it can be up to 8 MB.
