Attach a web link to a page
Add a link to a website, video or shared document as a labeled pill on your page, then click it to open the link.
- Select Edit, then Attach in the toolbar (on a phone, in the bar at the bottom).
- Select Attach Link.
- In Link, paste or type the address. You can leave off the https:// part.
- In Name, type what the pill should say, or leave it blank to use the site's name.
- Select Add link.
The link appears on the page as a pill you can drag into place. Outside edit mode, click or tap it and the link opens in a new tab.
Tip
A short, clear name, like Grade 4 reading list, is easier to spot on the page than a long web address.
Good to know
A link doesn't use any of your storage. Like file attachments, new links are paused if your subscription ends.
