Copy and paste on your planner
Copy text boxes, pictures, stickers, drawings and attachments with Ctrl+C, then paste them onto any page or tab with Ctrl+V.
- Select Edit.
- Select what you want to copy. For several things, hold Shift and drag across them from an empty part of the page.
- Press Ctrl + C to copy, or Ctrl + X to cut. On a Mac, use Cmd.
- Go to the page you want, even in another tab, and press Ctrl + V.
The copies land just below and to the right of the spot the originals were in, keeping their layout, and stay selected so you can drag them into place.
- These copies don't go to your computer's clipboard, so you can't paste them into another app. They're forgotten when you close the browser tab.
- Words work the usual way: while you're typing in a text box or a table cell, Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V copy and paste text. Pasting into a table cell always pastes plain text.
- On a phone or tablet without a keyboard, use the Duplicate button in the toolbar to copy something on the same page.
