Attach a file to a page
Put a file from your Filing Cabinet on a planner page as a small label you can open any time, like a worksheet, slides or a recording.
Attachments come from your Filing Cabinet, so upload the file there first. See upload files.
- Select Edit, then Attach in the toolbar (on a phone, in the bar at the bottom).
- Select Attach File.
- Pick the file from your folders.
The file appears on the page as a small labeled pill. Drag it where you want it. While it's selected you can choose its Color, select Preview to open it, or delete it. On a computer, double-click the label to rename it.
Outside edit mode, click or tap the pill to open a preview of the file, with Open File and Download buttons.
Good to know
With no files in your Filing Cabinet, the window says so and offers Go to Filing Cabinet. If your subscription ends, attachments already on your pages keep working, but adding new ones is paused.
