Use your Filing Cabinet files in a planner
Attach Filing Cabinet files to your planner pages, keep a shortcut to a file in your Library, and see where collaborators' files are saved.
Attach a file to a page
In your planner, select Edit, then Attach in the toolbar, then Attach File. Pick a file from Your files and it's added to the page. Step by step: Attach a file to a page.
If your Filing Cabinet is empty, the window offers Go to Filing Cabinet so you can upload something first.
If you delete a file a page uses
The attachment turns red to show its file is missing. Select it to open the Missing File window, where you can Select Replacement File or Remove attachment.
Keep a shortcut in your Library
Select ⋮ on a file, then Add to Library. See Put a shortcut to a file in your Library.
Files your collaborators attach
When someone who can edit your planner attaches one of their own files, a copy is saved in your Filing Cabinet and uses your storage. See Why is there a Collaborator Files folder in my Filing Cabinet?
