Can my collaborators print or download my planner?
Yes, if Allow printing and downloading is on and they have an active One Stop Teacher Planner subscription of their own.
A collaborator can print your planner or download it as a PDF when both of these are true:
- Allow printing and downloading is on. It is, unless you turn it off.
- They have an active One Stop Teacher Planner subscription of their own.
Turn it on or off
- Open the planner and select Share / Export.
- Open Sharing permissions.
- Switch Allow printing and downloading on or off.
A collaborator who can't export sees why under Export in their Sharing & Export window: either you turned it off, or they need their own One Stop Teacher Planner subscription.
Good to know
The PDF is in the planner's language, whoever downloads it.
