Remove a shared planner from your Library
Leave a planner someone shared with you from its card under Shared with Me, or from Share / Export inside it.
- Open the planner and select Share / Export.
- Under Leave Planner, select Remove Access.
- Select Remove Access again to confirm.
You can also do it from your Library, on a computer or a phone: under Shared with Me, select the three dots on the planner's card, then Remove Access.
Don't want this person to share with you again? In the same menu, select Remove and block, the last item, and confirm. You leave the planner, and its owner can't share planners with you, invite you to a school or message you. They aren't told. To undo the block, see Choose which notifications you get.
The planner disappears from your Library. It isn't deleted: the owner, and anyone else it's shared with, keep it. Anything you added to it stays, because it's the owner's planner.
Good to know
To get back in, the owner has to share it with you again.
