Chat with collaborators inside a planner

A planner you share has its own Planner Chat, so you can talk about the planner right beside it.

1. 1Select the chat button, a speech bubble at the top right of the planner page. An orange dot shows there are messages you haven't read.
2. 2Type in Type a message... and press Enter or the send button. Shift + Enter starts a new line.
3. 3Select the chat button again, or the X, to close it.

Point at a message, or tap it on a phone or tablet, and select the three dots beside it to react with an emoji, Reply, Pin or Unpin it, or Edit or Delete a message of your own. An edited message says "(edited)" for everyone. The pin at the top of the chat lists Pinned Messages.

When someone writes in a planner's chat, the bell at the top of the app says you have unread messages in that planner, once for all of them. Selecting it opens the planner. For a planner shared with you, this starts after you have opened the planner once.
