Change a folder's color or picture
Give any folder one of nine colors or a picture of your own, so you can spot it at a glance. The picture doesn't use your storage.
- In the Filing Cabinet, select the ⋮ button on the folder.
- Select Customize.
- Under Color, pick a color. Or, under Custom image, select Upload image and choose a picture.
- Check the preview at the top, then select Save.
A folder shows either a color or a picture, not both. Pictures can be PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or SVG files. To go back to the plain white folder, select Reset to Default, then Save.
Good to know
A folder's picture doesn't count against your Filing Cabinet storage.
