Why does my Filing Cabinet say Unlock File Storage?
The Filing Cabinet comes with the One Stop Teacher Planner or a storage plan. Without either, it shows Unlock File Storage instead of your files.
Your Filing Cabinet comes with the One Stop Teacher Planner or a storage plan. When your account has neither, you see Unlock File Storage instead of your files. That happens when:
- you haven't bought the One Stop Teacher Planner or a storage plan yet, or
- your subscription has ended, even if you can still open your planners, unless you kept a storage plan.
To open it, either:
- buy the One Stop Teacher Planner, which includes 1 GB of storage. The One Stop Teacher Planner link on the same screen opens the Shop; or
- select Choose a storage plan to pick a storage plan on its own.

A subscription ending doesn't delete your files. See What happens to my files if my subscription ends?
