What happens to my files if my subscription ends?
Your files aren't deleted, but the Filing Cabinet closes and your share links stop working until you have a subscription or storage plan again.
Your subscription ending doesn't delete anything in your Filing Cabinet. But once it has ended, and unless you kept a storage plan:
- the Filing Cabinet shows Unlock File Storage instead of your files, so you can't open, upload or share them there;
- people you shared links with can no longer download from them.
When you have the One Stop Teacher Planner or a storage plan again, the Filing Cabinet opens with your files where you left them.
Tip
If you're cancelling and might not come back, download the files you want to keep before your subscription ends. See Open, preview and download a file.
For what happens to your planners, see What happens to my planner if my subscription ends?
